Instructions

 

Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Prepare Chicken Florentine as directed and add halved cherry tomatoes during last minute of cooking. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Alternatively, substitute 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes for cherry tomatoes.

COOKING GUIDELINES
For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions.  Cook thoroughly to at least 165°F before eating. Promptly refrigerate unused portions.
 
Ovens vary. Cooking times may need adjustment.
 
RECOMMENDED: SKILLET
Pour contents into skillet. Cook in covered skillet on medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
 
SECONDARY: MICROWAVE OVEN (1200 Watt)
Pour contents into microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes. Stir, re-cover and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 2-3 minutes.  Carefully remove from microwave. Stir contents and serve.
           
CAUTION:  DO NOT COOK IN BAG.
