What You'll Need
 
6" White Corn Tortillas (or your favorite tortilla)
Your choice of the following ingredients:
Sour cream, Guacamole, Salsa, Fresh Cilantro, Shredded Cheese
 
Instructions
 
Prepare pulled pork as directed; combine with the juice but NOT with BBQ sauce. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes each until warm. Assemble tacos with your favorite taco ingredients.

COOKING GUIDELINES

Promptly refrigerate unused portions. 

 

Ovens vary. Heating times and oven temperatures may need adjustment. 

 
RECOMMENDED: CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from carton and set aside BBQ sauce pouch (see BBQ Pack instructions).  Leave the pork in the pouch and in the tray. Vent the film by cutting about an inch slice in the center. Heat for 60 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Cut the film and place the meat onto a serving plate. Let stand 5 minutes and then pull meat apart with a fork.
 
SECONDARY: MICROWAVE (1200 Watt Microwave)
Remove tray from carton and set aside BBQ sauce pouch (see BBQ Pack instructions). Leave the pork in the pouch and in the tray. Vent the film by cutting about an inch slice in the center. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Cut the film and place the meat onto a serving plate. Let stand 5 minutes and then pull meat apart with a fork.
 
VALUE PACK INSTRUCTIONS
Place BBQ sauce pouch under warm running water for 1-2 minutes until thawed. Squeeze contents into a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave. Recipe idea: Mix BBQ sauce with the pulled pork and spoon onto your favorite bread for an old-fashion BBQ sandwich.
 
CAUTION: POUCH CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT. USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING POUCH.  TRAY NOT FOR USE IN TOASTER OVEN, PORTABLE ELECTRIC OVEN OR BROILER. DO NOT REUSE THE TRAY.
