RECOMMENDED: CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from carton. Leave the pot roast in the pouch and in the tray. Vent the film by cutting about an inch slice down the center. Heat for 50 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Cut the film and pour the roast and gravy onto a serving plate. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
SECONDARY: MICROWAVE (1200 Watt Microwave)
Remove tray from carton. Leave the pot roast in the pouch and in the tray. Vent the film by cutting about an inch slice in the center. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Cut the film and pour the roast and gravy onto a serving plate. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
CAUTION: POUCH CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT. USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING POUCH. TRAY NOT FOR USE IN TOASTER OVEN, PORTABLE ELECTRIC OVEN OR BROILER. DO NOT REUSE THE TRAY.
